How Your Information Is Processed and Stored

3.1 Invoice Data Processing

Our free Invoice Generator processes most of your data directly in your browser. This means that the invoice information you enter (including business details, client information, and invoice items) is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers unless you explicitly save or share it using our premium features.

When you download a PDF invoice, the document is generated in your browser and saved directly to your device without being stored on our servers.

3.2 Data Storage for Premium Features

If you use premium features such as saving invoice templates or sending invoices by email, the relevant data will be stored on our secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

3.3 Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we no longer need to use your information, we will remove it from our systems or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you.

If you have an account with us, you can delete your account at any time, which will remove your personal information from our active databases. Some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our Terms of Service, or comply with legal requirements.
